Clawvy ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Clawvy mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

Name, email address (via Google or Apple sign-in)
Birth year, gender
Language preference

Health & Body Data

Height, weight, and weight history
Food logs (meal type, food name, estimated calories and macronutrients)
Exercise logs (type, duration, calories burned, muscle groups)
Sleep logs (bedtime, wake time, duration, quality)
Mood logs (mood, intensity, triggers)
Water intake, meditation sessions
Health conditions, medications, allergies (if provided)

Apple Health / Health Connect Data

With your permission, we read step count, exercise sessions, sleep data, and weight measurements from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). We never write data to Apple Health or Health Connect.

AI-Generated Data

Chat messages between you and your AI agents
Agent memories and analysis (used to personalize your experience)
Daily briefings, weekly reports, and daily missions

Technical Data

Device locale and timezone
Approximate location (city/country, for weather and timezone)
Push notification tokens

2. How We Use Your Information

AI Analysis & Personalization: Your health data is analyzed by our 4 AI agents (KEN, RIA, KAI, SOL) to provide personalized health briefings, nutrition insights, fitness recommendations, and wellness guidance.
Daily Briefings & Missions: We generate morning briefings and daily missions based on your health patterns.
Memory & Context: Agent memories help our AI understand your long-term patterns and provide increasingly relevant advice.
Service Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our AI models and service quality.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Clawvy:

Firebase Authentication (Google): Handles sign-in via Google and Apple. Processes your email and authentication tokens.
OpenRouter API (Google Gemini models): Your chat messages and health context are sent to AI language models to generate agent responses. Messages are processed in real-time and not stored by the model provider for training.
RevenueCat: Manages subscription and purchase processing. Receives anonymized purchase data.
Railway: Hosts our backend servers and database. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL).

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS).
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with access controls.
AI agent memories use vector embeddings that cannot be reverse-engineered into original text.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@clawvy.ai. Upon account deletion, all personal data, health logs, chat history, and AI memories are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Clawvy is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us at privacy@clawvy.ai.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent for data processing
