Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clawvy mobile application ("App") operated by Clawvy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Clawvy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The AI-generated health insights, nutrition analysis, fitness recommendations, and wellness guidance provided by our agents (KEN, RIA, KAI, SOL) are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided by Clawvy.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Clawvy.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration and when logging health data.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. AI Service

  • Clawvy uses AI language models to generate health analysis and recommendations. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for health decisions.
  • Nutritional estimates (calories, macronutrients) are approximations based on AI analysis of your descriptions. Actual values may differ.
  • We continuously improve our AI models. The quality and nature of AI responses may change over time.
  • AI agent "memories" and "personalities" are computational features designed to improve personalization. They do not represent real people or medical professionals.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Clawvy offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require an active subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing is displayed before purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings. We cannot process cancellations directly.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the health data and messages you submit to Clawvy. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data for the purpose of providing the service (AI analysis, briefings, and personalized recommendations). We do not use your individual data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
  • Abuse the AI agents by submitting harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts
  • Use automated tools to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawvy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated health information, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of Clawvy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
